Getting outside during this time of year is about more than just smelling the flowers. There are some serious health benefits that come with hiking, like reduced stress and anxiety, as well as a lower risk of heart disease and stroke. Luckily for us, Great Falls National Park is just a short drive from our community and is packed with beautiful trails on the 800-acre park!

During the pandemic, our National Parks became one of the most popular tourist destinations, and it’s easy to see why. From mountain forests that span no end, to canyons and rivers, there is something for everyone in Great Falls. With more public interest has come an increased ability to learn about them too.
